Samsung has been nailing it with trade-in deals lately and you can now get a Samsung Galaxy S22 for as low as $99 if you trade-in. You’ll get up to $700 of credit depending on the device and the condition. These offers are often the cheapest way to get a new phone nowadays, but it’s always worth double-checking how much you’d get for your device elsewhere, even if it’s just what recent completed listings have gone for on eBay, just in-case you’d stand to get a lot more for it by selling it yourself. Samsung will give you $700 for an S21+ (yep, a decent price there), but just $500 credit for a Z Fold 3 feels like you’re getting a raw deal.
Every time there’s a big sale like Prime Day we’re on the lookout for this TV. Notoriously fantastic, especially for gamers, this is one of the most well-reviewed OLED TVs on the market. There’s a newer C2 model now, but this one still stands tall and is much more affordable without any major compromises either. If you’ve picked up an Xbox Series X or PS5, this is one of the best gaming TVs around right now (120Hz refresh rate and oh-so-deep black levels) and saving $1000 on the MSRP is incredibly tempting if you can squeeze a 65-incher into your home. check out Amazon’s full TV selection if you want to consider other options.
It wouldn’t be a Prime Day event without super low prices on a bunch of Fire Sticks and the best ones are super affordable today as we’d only advise grabbing a 4K option nowadays. Prime Video, Apple TV+ and Disney+ don’t charge any extra for 4K content after all. HBO Max and Netflix aren’t quite as generous yet.
These affordable streaming sticks are a worthy addition even if you have smart apps on your TV, even more so if it’s a bit older and missing a few of the more modern ones. I really like the remote on the Fire Sticks, the buttons are super responsive and much better than the mushy buttons on most TV remotes.
As for the Max or non-Max versions. The Max is marginally faster thanks to the extra RAM and WiFi 6 support and supports picture-in-picture technology on live content. For most users, I’d say save the extra ten bucks and get the cheaper one.
Not a huge Prime Day discount, but we’re surprised to see any money off at all so soon after the new AirPods Pro were released. The noise-cancelling tech is much improved this time around and the new H2 chip helps extend the battery life per charge too. As always though with AirPods, they’re best paired with an iPhone to take advantage of all the features they offer.
Head on over to Best Buy and you can instantly save $30 on a pair of Sony WF-1000XM4 wireless earbuds. That may not sound like a massive price drop, but remember that the XM4 once reigned as some of the best wireless earbuds around when they first hit store shelves back in Summer 2021. Over a year later, and they’re still great, complete with up to 8 hours of battery life, superb sound quality, and truly outstanding Active Noise Cancellation. Pair those features with four free months of access to Apple Music streaming, and a $30 discount doesn’t sound so bad, does it?
Ahead of tomorrow’s sale, Amazon is already discounting nearly all of their Blink Outdoor Camera kits. Whether you want one camera or five, up to 50% in savings is up for grabs. The link above will take you to the popular two-camera kit, which is currently $70 off. These wireless security cameras can record HD video and run for up to two years with the included AA batteries, plus you’ll instantly get a 30-day trial membership to the Blink app.
If you want bang for your buck, it doesn’t get much better than this product bundle from Walmart that comes with a 15.6-inch Gateway Notebook laptop, a protective carrying case, and a wireless mouse, all for under $200. The laptop itself is no slouch either; the Notebook boasts an 11th Gen Intel Core processor for smooth performance, plus a 128GB Solid State Drive, 4GB of RAM, and up to 8.5 hours of battery life on a single charge.
Things are really starting to heat up over at Amazon, with so many Prime deals trickling in that it could make your head spin. Case in point: you can currently grab the Amazon Fire TV Cube for 50% off, a deal that brings the streaming device down to just 60 bucks if you’re a Prime member. This means that, not only will you be getting hands-free streaming, 4K Ultra HD picture quality, and instant access to over a million shows and movies, but you’re also getting these things at a record low price!
Lightweight, durable, and fast, the TicWatch Pro 3 GPS offers some great bang for your buck if you’re in the market for a new smartwatch. The Wear OS device features a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 processor, intelligent health tracking, and can last up to 45 days on a single charge (in the power-saving Essential mode). Ahead of tomorrow’s sale, you can save a whopping $135 when you pick up the smartwatch on Amazon now. Just be sure to click that “Apply coupon” button beneath the price!
We’ve gotten pretty good at tracking down the best Chromebook deals, but every now and then, a deal will appear that simply stops us in our tracks. For example, take a look at this clearance offer from Best Buy that slashes a hefty $129 off the price of the Lenovo IdeaPad 3, a popular Chromebook with up to 10 hours of battery life, an ultra-fast AMD A6 processor, and an 11-inch HD display. All of this in a device that weighs only 2.42 pounds? Count us in.
If you’re in the market for a new tablet, you don’t need to wait until the Prime Early Access Sale to save some serious cash at Amazon. Right now, both the 32GB and 64GB versions of the Fire HD 10 tablet are half-off through the retailer, a discount that makes them cheaper than they’ve ever been! For less than $100, you’re getting a tablet with a lovely 1080p 10.1-inch display, 12 hours of battery life, and an octa-core processor that delivers impressively fast performance.
As we wait for Amazon’s sale to finally go live, Walmart is already out here with some of the best deals we’ve seen in months. Walmart’s sitewide rival sale is running through October 13th, and they’re slashing prices on loads of great tech, such as this stunning 75-inch smart TV that boasts enhanced Full Array LED technology, cognitive graphics and audio processing, and intelligent 4K upscaling so you always get the best viewing experience no matter what you’re watching. The TV is usually pretty steep at almost $3,000, so Walmart is taking a whopping $1,699 off the price tag. That’s a discount of 57%!
The OLED version of the Nintendo Switch has been out for a while now, which means deals are becoming more common than ever before. You can currently grab one of these consoles from Amazon for just $297.66, a $42 drop from its regular retail price. Will the price drop even lower when the official sale goes live? Only time will tell, but in the meantime, we’re pretty happy with this budget-friendly deal. The console is the newest Switch to hit the market, coming complete with 64GB of internal storage, improved speakers, and a stunning 7-inch OLED screen.
The Pixel 6a was already very, very affordable at $449, but this Amazon deal sees $100 knocked off for the lowest price we’ve ever seen. Even with those free gift cards mentioned elsewhere on this page for the new Pixel 7, it’s still quite a pricey phone. So if you’re after something more budget-friendly, but still with a good few years of software and security updates ahead, then the 6a is a great call.
Save $200 on a Z Flip 4
Sorry, Amazon your sale price isn’t cutting it so far as it’s $53 more than this very tempting offer from Best Buy on one of our favorite phones of the year. The Flip 4 is $200 off right now and the best price we’ve seen without needing any sort of trade-in. The Flip 4 makes some neat improvements over last years model with a battery that lasts longer, a thinner hinge and better pictures. Bora Purple is just all sorts of gorgeous too. If you’d like to check out the trade-ins or network offers, head on over to our Galaxy Z Flip 4 deals rounup.
Our deals guru, Patrick, has been rounding up the best Pixel 7 preorders since the phone was shown off at a recent Google event. Truth be told, most of the best ones require you to trade in an old device to get the best prices. If you’re looking to buy outright (and don’t want to tie your soul to one of the pricey networks), then this is a great opportunity to get a cracking deal on an unlocked device. Rather than money off the phones, Amazon is throwing in an Amazon gift card for $100 with the Pixel 7 or $200 on the Pixel 7 Pro which will be very easy to spend over the next few months, especially with Black Friday coming next month. That’s the best offer we expect to see throughout this Amazon sale on the new phones, but we’d expect to see older Pixels and offers on Samsung phones tomorrow too.
